    What You Will Do
    1. Conduct and supervise user research for at least one game title in collaboration with stakeholders, including all stages from planning to execution and debriefing with partners.
    2. Contribute to game localization in North America and partner with designers and producers on game teams to improve user experience through evaluation and follow-up.
    3. Plan and conduct user research independently by means of quantitative and qualitative research including but not limited to playtest, surveys and user interviews.
    4. Craft and edit reports and surveys in a variety of length and detail formats.
    5. Communicate summarized research results effectively to development teams for discussion and future implementation. Challenge stakeholders when research value becomes sub-optimal.
